Guests should arrive by 4:45 PM at Luray Caverns where they will be led into the caverns. There is an included tour before the ceremony begins which will take place in the Cathedral Room. After the ceremony, guests will be led out of the caverns.
Guests will move to the reception venue at Shawnee Farms Estate after the wedding ceremony at Luray Caverns. The reception will include plenty of food, drinks, and good times.
We'll have a sparkler send-off at 10:00 PM. Guests are welcome to depart then, or stay and keep the celebration going a bit longer with music and merriment. The after-party will wrap by 11:45 PM to allow time for clean up.

The ceremony will take place inside the caverns themselves. Guests will enjoy a guided tour as they make their way to the ceremony site. This involves some walking and a few gentle inclines, but the caverns are fully wheelchair accessible. We recommend comfortable shoes and a light layer, as the cavern temperature stays around 54°F year‑round.

Yes! We've hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture both the ceremony and the reception. From the vows to the dance floor, every moment will be documented so you can be fully present and enjoy the celebration without worrying about photos or video.
